Are Your Plans Permit Ready?
The plans presented to you are not permit-ready, they are illustrative to help you understand the design. We can provide permit ready plans if required and will work with an Architect or Engineer when required.
What Are The Typical Timelines For Completing A Project?
Initial conceptual design plans are presented within 8 weeks from the launch of your project. Often full renovations take several months to complete. Now longer than ever due to supply chain issues.
Can We Use Your Trades And Suppliers?
When we're involved in the implementation, we bring our trusted trades to your project & suggest options for whom you may want to hire. Our suppliers only sell to the design trade, and therefore can not sell directly to our clients.
Do You Include Revisions In The Price Should We Wish To Make Any Changes?
We provide one round of revisions at both the conceptual stage and the final design stage. We ask that you share all of your input at one time so we can make edits as efficiently as possible.

Cues For Your Preferred Design Aesthetic
To ensure that we are on the same page, we provide a style guide for you to browse. You may find styles that resonate with you immediately. Although we craft original and distinctive spaces for each client, we will reference the projects you connect with to establish your preferred design style.

Additionally, we may request that you share any magazine clippings, Pinterest boards, Houzz idea books, or Instagram feeds that you have gathered as sources of inspiration. If you have not collected any inspiration photos or ideas, that is perfectly fine. We will ask the appropriate questions to reveal your desired design aesthetic.

Given the wide range of costs within the industry, it is difficult to determine the exact investment amount before embarking on the design, sourcing, and quotation process. Nevertheless, we can use past project data and other factors to provide you with a general range to begin with.

Our recommended approach is to create your PLAN A, which represents your ideal vision for the project, and then establish the investment amount based on that. We can then make adjustments to align with your desired investment range.
Tell Us If You Don't Love Something
